Jet Event Temporarily Disabled

Due to reports from other servers of possible damage to player deployables, the Jet Event has been disabled. The author has released a fix, but the download isn’t working. Just waiting on the plugin site to update the link. We haven’t gotten reports of that here, but better safe than sorry.

July Updates

  • New provider – You will need to locate the server in the rust server list again.
  • Foundation limits increased to 200 per player.
  • NPC Raiders added. Users can now call NPCs to raid their base. Details are available in /info on the server. Note: you must be auth’ed to TC for 12 hours before calling a raid. This is to help lower chances of a nefarious player calling a raid on your base after they gained auth to your TC. And of course – Lock your TC!
  • Jet Event is now live. Fighter jets will spawn, fire one mlrs each (no base damage) and one should crash as well with loot. Support will be flown in for the downed pilot as well. Missile radiation is not currently active.
  • Heli Refuel event is now live. Some Heli’s (not those tied to train or convoy) may need to land for fuel providing a prime time to attack.

Smelting Update

Smelting plugin updated. As it required a config change, the new specs are: Small furnaces convert 4 ore per second with a payout of 200 product (1:50 ratio), electric furnaces convert about 6 ore per second with 300 payout, large furnaces convert 8 ore per second with 400 payout. As such, large furnaces consume double the wood as well and produce more charcoal. Charcoal chance has also been increased to always produce 10 charcoal per 1 wood consumed. This should reduce the ore consumption speed but increase the payout slightly from before.

Building Skins

Building skins plugin is now available.

Use /bskin to access the GUI to select the skin you want.
Currently, the only extra skins are Adobe for stone and Container for metal.
When the GUI loads, click the graphic or the double arrows of the building tier you want to skin. The graphic will cycle through the available options. Click ‘Apply’ to select the shown skin for that tier.
Close the GUI. As you build, the skin selected for each tier will be applied.

To apply a selected skin to a base that’s already built and upgraded to the tier you want, look at the base and type ‘/bskin build’
This will update ALL compatible tiers of your base to the selected skin for that tier.

Personal Wipe

Personal Wipe is now active. If you want to wipe your account and start fresh before server wipe day, just type /wipe and choose what you want to wipe. WARNING! This is irreversible! Choosing ALL or Buildings will wipe any entities you placed including those at a teammates base!
