Network Issues 1/31/2026: We are aware of some networking issues mainly involving Charter/Spectrum users in the New York area. Both us and our provider are trying to keep tabs on the issue and will provide more info if/when we get it. It is also possible other players may see issues especially if their traffic is routed through New York across Charter. Other routes may also become more saturated as other traffic is routed around the issue area.
Update at 1:34 Eastern: We are indeed seeing ping spikes and packet loss. Our provider is also digging into the issue for us.
Update at 1:41: It appears the Dallas datacenter is currently being DDOSed at the moment. The Datacenter is working to mitigate the issue.
Update at 2:00: Things seem to have finally settled down, but we will continue to keep an eye on it.
