July is here. Summer is in full swing and it’s that time for another Rust update and wipe!
This month, we are getting the new apartment complex where players can rent rooms complete with storage and a bed. The raiding/break in component has been disabled for us (we are PvE after all). This no raiding also applies to the new rental shops at the complex. The computer station in the basement should still be accessible, but players shouldn’t be able to enter other player’s rooms or conduct PvP in those areas. Note: You can’t deploy any new items to the apartment. That all being said, remember that this is all new and while plugins have been updated to support this, we wouldn’t keep any major loot you aren’t willing to lose in these rooms just yet until we are sure no bugs exist.
A note on Clans: FP has introduced a new clans system. We are not yet sure how this will interface with plugins that support clans currently. So it’s still recommended that you use the /clan command to create clans/teams for now. However, if you do decide to use the new clan system, please let us know on Discord via #admin-help if you see any issues.
As of now, there are still a few plugins that have not yet been updated. They are:
Arena Events– Updated!Water Bases (This update was just received so it should be available shortly.)Updated!- Apartment rooms with stoves/furnaces will not be at the increased speed for now. Hopefully, we will see an update to speed those up as well.
